Password/account security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.  Neither Johnny Bull nor Picturecentric shall be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Availability

All items are subject to availability.  I/we shall inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Ordering errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on 'place order' on the final page of the ordering process.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type and quantity of products you order and the service you select and can only be refunded in accordance with your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and other legislation.  For full details of my delivery charges please refer to our Delivery section.

Acknowledgment and acceptance of your order

I/we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.  My/our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

Delays

Occasionally, if you have ordered a frame for a picture, the manufacture of your frames may be delayed.  This can be for various reasons such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand.  Picturecentric will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed.

Cancellation rights

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, however if frames have been manufactured, or a print or prints have been printed to order, I/we consider these to be personalised and so for items of this type you cannot cancel your order.  Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g.  as a gift) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to Picturecentric.  Carriage charges in relation to goods supplied under an order which is subsequently cancelled in whole or in part will only be refunded at my/our discretion.  For details of how to exercise this right please see our Returns Policy section.

I may place links on this website to other websites I think you may want to visit.  I only vet some of these websites and have no control over their contents.  I cannot accept any liability in respect of the use of these websites.

Exclusions of liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Johnny Bullor Picturecentric or any of their employees or agents or by fraud.  These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.  If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

I/we reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible. Any change shall take effect from the day on which it is posted to the website.

Should any materials normally used in the production of any of our goods or services be unavailable at the time of ordering, I/we will contact you and offer an alternative material of equal quality and similar in style.  On these occasions, therefore designs and styles may vary slightly from those shown on the website.

Use of this website from outside the UK

Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this website are displayed solely for the purposes of promoting Johnny Bull' products and services available in the United Kingdom and Johnny Bull make no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use in or available for delivery to other locations outside of the UK.  Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.

Law, jurisdiction and language

This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.  The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.  All contracts are concluded in English.  These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

Currencies

All pricing in currencies other than sterling are based on estimates and not on live exchange rates.  I/we update our rates regularly to ensure as accurate pricing in non-Sterling currencies as possible.  Payment for your order must be made in sterling and, if you are paying by debit or credit card, your card will be charged in sterling.

Amendments & returns

As soon as you realise that you need to change your order please contact me/us on 0845 226 7249 and one of our advisors will help you.  If you amend your order, you may find there are changes to your delivery timescale and/or the price you pay for the item (as you'll be charged the current selling price on the day you amend the order).  For details about how to return items, please see our Returns Policy.

Cancellation rights - before receipt of the goods

Under the Distance Selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order at any time up until seven days after your receipt of the goods. If, however, frames have been manufactured frames, ordered in prints, or printed a print or prints to order, these are considered to be personalised and so for items of this type you cannot cancel your order, whether the goods were delivered to you or to a third party.

Where goods are delivered to a third party (e.g.  as a gift) you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to me/us.

Payment

All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed upon receipt of order.  If you wish to pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to Picturecentric  and send it, together with a printed copy of your order to: Accounts Department, Johnny Bull, Unit 22d, Wincombe Business Park, Shaftesbury, Dorset  SP7 9QJ United Kingdom.

Delivery Company

Orders are delivered by a variety of carriers depending on the nature and size of the consignment and the geographical location of the delivery address.

Delivery Arrangements

When your order is ready, I/we will contact you to confirm your delivery date.  Your delivery will not happen until you've been notified.

If you need to change your delivery for any reason please call Customer Services on 0845 226 7249.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed.  We will, or course, make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales.

• Your bank account information, credit card number, PIN number or credit card security code
• Your Mother's maiden name or other information that could be used to identify you (such as your birth city or your favourite pet's name).
