Hello and welcome to Johnny Bull’s websoite (yes, it is just a bit of bad typing, but as he lives in Wiltshire I thought it was a happy accident so I’ve left it in).


Johnny is a living legend; award-winning designer*, artist, illustrator, art director, commentator and vocalist, his work has enlivened album covers and ad campaigns, cruise liners and corridors of power.


He’s a frighteningly good draughtsman and pencil squeezer who has in recent years taken to digital media like a duck to water, with the result that now he mostly employs Photoshop to make his unique images. In fact, last year someone sought to insult him by calling him ‘the digital Lowry” but it clearly is a comment that backfired, because in his own stylish way that’s exactly what he is.

Here, through the simple device of rolling your cursor over this grid of thumbnails, you’ll find examples of his fine artwork, illustrations and bespoke art, much of which you can buy or have made to order. He’s knocking on a bit and his friends all tell him he doesn’t charge nearly enough, so get some now while it’s still affordable.
